Massillon has to be the best spot to hear the encore because the stands are very close to the sidelines, making everything sound louder.

I played trombone all the way up through college. I never followed drum corps, but always loved the music. I was watching a Christopher Bill video when I think your Carolina Crown 2017 video came up in my recommendations. Chills my man. Since then I've been through several of your videos. I'm really glad I found you. I've really missed playing and performing, and this helps fill a void for me.

Thanks! This edit took ~50 hrs over the past few weeks, so I'm taking a several day break from the computer screen. But hoping to get some stuff from the Powhatan posted soon (depending on which corps want a vid and like my footage).

Yeah if you're planning on watching a lot, be prepared to miss out on a corps or two. It's different for every venue but follow the music haha.

What you're probably hearing is that for most of it, the trumpets were all to my left, and to the right was mainly low brass. But if you listen with good headphones that don't exaggerate the highs, it should sound pretty balanced.

Haha nope, would never block it with my hand, and if I did, I'd consider the footage destroyed and just go catch them at another show :)
