Love to see you live performing with a jam band, for those of us that have been following you, on RU-vid for a long time. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way. Sure would be cool. As always thank you Brian
Sounds like Western Swing as much as Bluegrass…..nice. I was listening to a RU-vid the other day from a session guitarist and he was saying that like 90 percent of his session work is rhythm playing and only 10 percent lead. Solid rhythm chops are essential.
Great stuff, as always! It helps to get the "chop" to not only palm mute with the right hand, but to also "pump" the left hand so that it adds to the muting. You're doing it some of the time, right?
I learnt so much from you . Been watching so long I can tell how much you have got and I listen to the how u explain lessons. Keep it up. U are a great teacher of the muse. I play some bluegrass. Seems like it would be great!
This is cute. I'd like to do something similar with open chords and be able to use it in songs that I play and sing on the porch, as I'm the only one with an instrument. I don't think there is anyone who teaches this.
uhh, overdubbing did you also play the second guitar????? I still cannot get over that older movie where this violinist played Paganini's music... it was the first time i saw a real actor playing the music for real!!!!
