@benjiills2365 This is fitness. Form and technique goes out of the window. ALso, I bet they get acupuncture, physiotherapy and all sorts as part of their job. But yeh, when it comes to Weights then form and technique matter most otherwise it can end really bad!
to put it bluntly your saying that martial artists are not as good as they seem? girl in my school is a black belt and can destroy anyone in our school, shes a lightweight as well only about 50kg but she is more physical than anyone in our school and rugby team, so it depends on what they do to how good they are to be fair
@yourslack101 This is some of the stupidest shit I've ever read. Professional boxers can go 12x3 minute rounds and professional MMA fighters can go 5x5 or (old-school) 2x10 minute rounds. Are you really trying to say that they're not reaching their physical potential?
