One of the routes which kept its original number from the transfer over from City Red to Bluestar, this route also keeps its route changes unlike the pre-covid route 13 which went to a different area of Peartree (namely via Merryoak Road) though however bluestar has rerouted this route to follow the 17.
In my opinion it doesn't make a whole lot of sense as the city to Woolston via the old town corridor is well saturated with buses already as they should have kept it serving the colleges as it previously did.
