honestly they could make Bluey go on for a really long time if they just aged up the characters slowly with the audience, we could get into stories with them being slightly older kids (8-12) then teenagers, up until adulthood. They could make the show last many more years and could tell endless story throughout the first 20 or so years of life.

This title is SUPER misleading. There’s gonna be more Bluey they confirmed it in several places. They’re gonna take a long break and make season 4 and maybe even a movie. Honestly take this down and edit the title cuz you’re spreading a rumor that has been fake for the past few weeks.

This is not the first that they showed Bluey growing up as they had one episode where Bluey was in her teens where she met Jean….

Please don't spread misinformation. Ludo and Joe Brumm have confirmed that they are taking a hiatus because they've been continuously churning out Bluey since like 2018. Joe said The Sign was a litmus test to see if longer form content would hold kids' attention (and according to reports, it very much did).

Why I think they wont permanently do a jump like this: 1. they kids VAs are still young and even as they grow they can age the characters WITH the VAs at the same pace. We do see a teen bluey in Camping and in photos we see Bingo slowly age up. This way the kids viewers can also grow up with the characters 2. They will likely not reveal the father as to not ruin the two ships fans have. the kid purposefully looks like both Jean-Luc and Mackenzie for this reason as to keep the debate alive.

Bluey isn’t ending. The creator Joe Brumm had said in multiple interviews they are on break to figure out what they want to do with the show. He also came out and said if this did well we might see a movie in the near future. You are right the show isn’t in production anymore but it will most certainly be in production again in the near future with the way things look right now.

The future of Bluey rests primarily in the hands of Joe Brumm, the reason why the staff are saying there’ll be more Bluey and not much more description is cause the crew and executives don’t really know how this is going to play out. Joe Brumm has stated in interview that he’s running out of stories to tell based off his family and that he doesn’t know if he wants to continue making more, especially with the voice actors getting older and his desire to not recast them. Now there’s definitely a chance Bluey will continue as this multibillion dollar franchise is so big that the BBC, ABC, and Disney definitely don’t want this ship to end but honestly there’s a chance it can. And what makes this rather interesting is that the executives can’t just let Joe step back from the show cause he’s such an integral part to every episode and why it’s so good that there will be the question of if the show will be any good if he leaves. So we’re in a rough situation where people want more Bluey, the corporations want more Bluey, but Joe himself is unsure, and since they can’t just have him leave it’s really up to him if the show ends or continues.

Ya know, at this rate, I bet that they would allow the hiatuses to happen at least every 2-3 seasons, maybe lasting for at least half a year. If they follow with the same plan, that is. 😅

I am of the opinion that Bluey's kid was designed with the same design logic that the animators of FOP used for Timmy Turner's children. Elements of both potential options the confirmed parent was shipped with/simped for.

I'm not sure if everyone else has the same opinion but I feel that when Bluey returns, it will have some competition. Bluey became viral in the 2nd half of 2022 and was already a hit before 2022 began and not already got a ripoff. With this all in mind, I don't think it's long before another show like Bluey airs and cracks the secret formula before long and I think this show will release sometime near the end of this year. Like how we saw a slew of animated sitcoms such as The Simpsons, Beavis and Butthead, Family Guy, and Southpark in the 90s, and the rise of game shows in the 1950s, the 2020s will have many well-written preschool cartoons that kids can enjoy with Bluey and so many other shows.

It aint ending since they stated that more Bluey episodes will happen AFTER the season 3 finale since we still have some unanswered on the ending of Surprise since we STILL DONT KNOW whos is the father of Bluey's future child since either Mackenzie or Jean-Luc since there the only male dogs that Bluey had a connection with and a ton of Bluey fans sees it being Mackenzie instead of Jean-Luc because of hints from Fruit Bat for example, plus we still haven't seen events happening like Winton will announce that his dad and the Terriers's mom became a family and im sure Bluey will learn about blended families on a event like that for example and i think that will indeed happen on the 4th series/season soon.

I honestly hope Bluey does come back, It's become too big of a worldwide phenomenon to just let slide. There are still plenty of stories to be told. I wish the same for Craig Of The Creek. The cast and crew themselves said that the show could possibly come back with enough fan support. That includes timeskip spinoffs and specials. Their situations are completely different, but the are both cartoons that the world absolutely NEEDS!

I would love o see an animated series where he charter grows up with the VA / Audience and gets to teach preschoolers, kids, teens and adults. One that shows that even as adults we still have new things to learn. Life doesn't end happily ever after with a wedding, time skip and kids. It has more to tell and no always in he same direction

the voice actors have already changed there voice enough as they have aged, in one of the behind the scene interviews they talk about running the kids voice through a process to make them more high pitched to match older episodes. I think with advances with AI that they can still use the original actors and modify the voices to the point that they are fine.
