We have purchased Aventos HL from local dealer in Rajkot Gujarat India.we have given size as per our requirements . As there was no demo product in display they told us to watch RU-vid n website video for your purpose of requirements. We have gone through it and it was opening almost 95% which was very useful for us.But we were very very disappointed on received product it was opening only 70% n technician told it arms should be replace by big size so you must buy extra arms to open it properly. We told that you must replace free of cost as the fault is not of customer but of dealer or company. As a-customer you should share details of product before finalising order that it will not open 100%. In website it is opening 100% so we have purchased by watch company video. So please be careful before buying any product from Blaum Haefele
