Usually, the reflective bowls on the inside of the headlight are 'burned' and the projector bowl doesn't reflect the light from the bulb anymore, and a new bulb usually brings only a bit of improvement or no improvement at all. With our kit, you can replace the old worn-out projector with a new bi-xenon projector, which performs way better than the old (or new) OEM projector. With a guaranteed improvement in light output!
The new projectors are shorter and normally it is needed to for example modify the original bolts to mount the projector more forward. So there isn't a large gap between the lens and the chrome cover. Our kit includes new spacers, so you can easily mount the new projector, without the need to modify the original bolts.

There is no difference between the left and right projector, they are identical :)

Van you put the headlights in an oven too? And if so, what temperature in C ?

@@Retrofitlab thanks for the answer, while I have your attention, does this require also recoding the LCM module to xenon? Or does the rewiring kit take care of that

@@v0lts the kit contains the wiring and canbus ballasts to prevent errors. Su usually it isn't necessary, but sometimes, with certain cars errors can be given and it is needed to change the default setting in the module to xenon instead of halogen. Can't give a 100% answer in your case, sorry.

Di solito i clienti che hanno già lo xeno preferiscono restare con lo xeno perché è più semplice/economico/più corretto nel periodo. Ma in molti casi è possibile passare al LED, contattaci se hai altre domande :-) retrofitlab.com/pages/contact

Do you lose the ability to switch to RHD/LHD roads? What would you need to do, to drive abroad?

Yes, it's LHT or RHT, it does not have a switch like on some (very little actually) OEM projectors. For people going on holiday for example, I know there are stickers/masks/beam deflectors to stick on your headlight temporarily to change the beam pattern.
