Thanks. Some one has mentioned to me that the metal on the pipe also wears and if so a seal replacement won't cut it. Obviously this worked for you could the difference be felt by you driving the car

Is oil in intercooler normal? I have m47 and there is a lot of oil in it

It is yes, you always get some oil come through, especially on higher mileage turbos/cars. There's also the possibility that the turbo has blown before and someone hasn't cleaned it out properly. I you're concerned, take it off and clean it out then keep an eye on it

Hello my 535D 272, when going over 3300 rpm, car is asking for 1.8 boost and is receiving 1.5, I have changed pressure converters and I have checked Actuators if they leak vacuum, everything looks good but the issue remains, can somebody help please?

@@Musty-st3gk no updates .. same problem I have took the turbos off to check everything, no issue in the bypass compressor plate, no issue for the wastegate, and no issue on the switch over plate, the issue is not from turbos

Just had a boost leak on my 335d,. Well I think it's a boost leak,. I don't get any power below 1500rpm, after that it kicks in, it's never done that before so. 🤷‍♂️

Fault codes would be a good thing to check first (INPA tool is fairly inexpenssive)
