Hi! How did you short the 2 pin connector to ground at 5:59? Thanks in advance!

Yes. To check temperature gauge (from cold to hot) just short to ground cable from sensor and it will go to red on gauge.

After making the swap, while the engine is running, my warning lights on the display (oil, brake, battery) appear for a second and then disappear. repeats this from time to time. But the vehicle does not stop, everything else works. What exactly could be the problem?

Which car is it? And you swap what? Engine?

@@fixmods e30 m52b28 . Everything working . But some time im seeing red lights alert ( park brake oil handbrake)

@@aniluzun2321 it can be wiring problem, ground problem or loosen ground wire. That can cause flash of those lights, it can be on the dash itself, connectors, or fuse box, but I think its dash problem rather than fuse box or wiring.
