BMW E46 330i 325i Evaporator DIY Replacement and AC Charge - Part 1 

In this first part of an 8 part series illustrating how I changed my evaporator, I show the following: How I safely put the E46 up on 4 jack stands. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the door trim plates and weather stripping. I work on removing the door covers for the side curtain airbags. I also remove the driver’s side kick panel that contains the OBD connection. Finally, the steering wheel airbag is removed along with the wheel itself. There are instructions at the end if you would like a printed or PDF copy of my entire procedure.
