In this video I will show you the fix that I implemented to solve my sound cutting in and out on my radio along with anything else that I was listening to via usb or cd. The issue is that the satellite module is starting to fail on the fiber optics side and as a result the sound will cut in and out and the SOS icon will appear on the dash as a result. The light inside the cable starts to flash intermittently causing the issues that I mentioned. The light needs to be on solid when connected to the module and in this video I show how to do that. With this fix you can continue to use satellite radio by connecting the black fiber optics connector back to the sat module(minus the fiber optics wires of course). YOU DO NOT NEED A BYPASS CABLE FROM AMAZON OR WHEREVER ITS SOLD TO FIX THIS ISSUE.
