Strell what is the real time fuel consumption in city.. and how bad are the vibrations when revving hard?? Also, what's the usable fuel in it having a FI pump?
Awesome video bro, cant wait for full review of these two bikes..ur videos are getting better and better bro..u r making us impatient for ur next video..i think u will hit 50k subscribers in no time..u r sick bro..ur dedication is best..all the best..adios.
I own this bike for over a year now. I love using this K03 compared to my K21 and K53. It's so light and very maneuverable especially on tight gridlocks; although I'm only limited on city roads, since we have this Limited Motorcycle Act on our Expressways below 400cc. Fuel consumption on my riding behavior; TBH I have never seen it below 30 km/L. What I hate about it is the clunky gearbox and very short gearing. Rear brake and pedal si kinda mushy to me. Black paint on my Front Brake Master Cylinder/Reservoir is flaking-off; so there is a little issue on quality compared to its European counterpart. Bottomline? It's a very good and capable beater bike. Awesome as a City Commuter, gives you a little dignity and class while filtering through heavy traffic. ü
Amazing.. finally BMW 310R here in India.. short review covering all the main points of the bike which is really nice.. Thank you for sharing.. waiting for next video...👍👍😃
Wow, that was a quick review! Keeping it nice and simple. Can we have a comprehensive review soon, with both the versions? Btw, Bangalore city, how I love thee.
Hey strell ,do you think its wise to go for n300 as its a old model and replaced with n400 in many markets my budget is 3.5l should I go for it or save more and wait more for n400🙄🤔🤔
I know this is a BMW yep but I still feel the Ninja 300 will kill this one and if Kawasaki is smart and launch a Z300 (ninja 300 minus the fairing) for 2.75 lacs or so that will butcher the BMW Only people wanting the BMW ownership will still buy a BMW over the Kawasaki (let alone the KTM 390)
However, are people willing to buy a motorcycle at 3.5lakh on road in India? Plus kawasaki service does not come cheap. I'm not defending bmw here either but the customers for bmw and kawasaki should not be money minded as these brands are premium in every sense. My guess is people will still stick with dominar or the Duke 390 or rr310
If BMW manage to do with z250 what they did with ninja, it will butcher almost every street naked in 200-400 segment. KTM 250 is 1.7 ex showroom and doesn't even offer ABS . If Kawasaki can launch the z250 at somewhere close to 2-2.2 lakhs with ABS , every other manufacturer will be looking for a place to hide
Ivan Castellino if you don’t care about the spec sheet. The bmw is the perfect city motorcycle and if you do happen to take her on track, you won’t be disappointed! :)
Lawrence Monro mate I know it’s a BMW but trust me once you’re used to you he refinement of a twin or an in-line four Japanese bike nothing else comes close let alone a single cylinder even if it’s from BMW 🙂
I am planning to go with this bike instead of ninja just because of the rider position. It is very upright. It is better suitable for short rides and in traffic also, it will handle well. And thanks @Strell as usual , your content is always good.
Yes, you are absolutely correct. Performance will be better on ninja. But we do know that very rarely we will get to test the performance on Indian roads safely. Moreover maintenance will be on the higher side with 2 cylinders. And I would have gone for duke 250, if that had offered abs as I want upright seating position.
Arre bhaijaan I think after this small review ...... the style of BMW310R is just 🔥 AF ....... and I think it might be the competitor for the 390, dominar as well as the 310rr ....... if only if the price was a but low ...... I had been on a test ride ..... what I felt is that the product is premium man ...... no doubt abt it ...... BMW has not made any compromise in quality and vibrations is there I also noticed it ...... but I reached around 92 in the same road and after 75 or 80 you won't notice the vibration ...... its completely gone ....... and ya the same thing with the GS also ......but man I am in love with both of them ....... and waiting for you to take the GS for off roading ..... peace 💓
How is the engine vibration and the noise ? I totally hated the Duke 390 becuz of the noise and the vibration at high speeds. Considering both are single cylinder engines.
Strell, Excellent as always. Ninja 300, Please? Also, does it make sense to upgrade from Duke 200 to Ninja 300? N300 is 3.52L on road Hyderabad. After driving D200(8 months) ~10k kms I understood that my next bike should have ABS, Fairing and Windshield. With the 2019 N300 pricing I don't see any other bike fitting my requirements. My height is 165cms and I feel N300 seat height also suits me well. Your thoughts would be helpful.
Hey man ... nice work But will you do the reviews for the Ninja 300 2018? Idk if you remember or not, but I commented on a previous video of yours about the price cut of the Ninja 300... Now... as the Ninja 300 is priced around this one (and it's a parallel twin)... and it's a sports tourer too (since you like sports tourers) ... I guess it'll be a nice thing to do you know! Wanna know if it is worth buying a single over a twin cylinder... Btw love your works man... they are so neat and clean and to the point. Keep it up man
U ride a honda bro.. And that too a cbr.. No other manufacturer can match the refinement level of a honda.. That's a universal truth now😂iam also a proud owner of cbr 250r.. Btw.. Loved the video bro.. Peace🤘always wear helmet
The G310 surely looks an amazing beast as compared to its sibling GS. LOL, for the first time I noticed u showed your bare hands in the video!!! U usually nvr show anything😂 we viewers might wanna see your face soon.
Strell yeah 😀..but probably not..I need an everyday use motorcycle and unfortunately I don't have parking space for another..and even if I had I think I would go for value for money than premium. .
Hey Strell! HELP PLS! Should I go ahead and check out the Apache 310, BMW g310r and Dominar 400 or wait for 2019 launches ? I'm not in a hurry to buy, and by 2019, I might be able to give a slight push to budget too !.... I'm particularly interested in Dominar. BMW is practically too costly. What say ?
Good one.... Bro how do you mange to get these bikes so early??? And keep it for a week? OMG... You are so lucky.... (I guess its bcoz of al d hardwork u do in youtube).
Test rides are available for the people who has booked the bike. I am interested in G310R. I have hold my decision because I am not in a hurry. And plenty of other motorcycles to try out :)
I'm a bigger fan of bikes then cars and still need to learn alot more. Although this exact bike is the only one im saving up for, i just dont like the fact you have trouble riding with a cold engine
I think there will be steady sale even after being overpriced. I would not want this bike to be a common site on the road for sure. Let the big pockets get one. We have our own pocket rocket, KTM. Even ninja is joining now.
1.07 -" these mirrors are not so well functional" , true coz they didn't show u that hottie with a skirt who was gonna pass by :P objects in the mirror are hotter than they appear
Bro can you compare this two bikes rr310 vs bmw310 give the full comparison of this bikes and get the drag race bro and can you plzzz suggest which bike is better
Dikshant Nirwan agreed....I just said it's overpriced than its rivals.I know it's a premium brand and I knew it will be priced this way.And it's all a matter of personal preference. It may have a great refined engine and that BMW badge. But personally I believe it still can't beat the reliability of Japanese like the ninja and the R3 which is available close at that price range.Nor can it beat the value for money factor of the KTM.Now the only reason I put the RR310 into the equation is because majority of the components in the RR310 is similar to the BMW and that shows when it comes to the spare costs.Nothing more. I want to ask you something. If you were to buy a bike at this price point, would you choose the G310R over its rivals like the duke 390, RC390, NINJA 300 ,R3 etc.I would choose either the ninja or the R3 at that price point
Comparing RR310 and G310R, I will suggest the price difference of 90K is completely justifiable. Just because of the refinement, agility, braking, built quality, seating and lot more. But unfortunately, the +90K has pushed this motorcycle to a whole different league.
I also took test drive of this bike..... Liked it....... But I am more interested in sports bike.... And blown away by the performance of KTM 390rc......... Now as I am not able to get test drive of R3 and you had..... Can you please share your views of this bike as compared to R3 and Ktm... Fan, Naman
I will try to make a breakup of all three Comfort : R3 > 310R > RC Performance : RC >> R3 > 310R Highway tours : R3 > 310R >>> RC City usage : R3 > 310R >> RC Track : RC >>>> R3 > 310R Ping me over my facebook if you have any specific question :)
Thanks so much.....sure......So most probably I am gonna buy R3 now. The kinda work you are doing and the effort you are putting into this.... Especially replying all comments :p.... Highly commendable 👍😀👍 may god help u prosper
Sounds like a Tvs engine :) . 3.70 lacs not worth for bmw brand logo stamped on it that too for all Indian production plus the servicing cost will be a bomb !! Ktm all the way . But m sure people would love to own their first bmw with this ..
