both of IMSA GTDs and WEC LMGT3s are really used just GT from sponsors of the Team BMW M Motorsports, SRL. in Germany and other countries... you can record it later with the Porsche 992 GT3 R with a Flat-6 Engine and sounding with a silenced Exhaust...
I can still remember the days of JJ Lato driving so well for BMW in the Lemans and Petite Lemans series over here. I also remember them having some success in F1. Those were the days, but the red car was too good in F1.
@@kimwarfield1587 I have never owned a BMW, either. I love the cars of its other German cousin with rear-wheel drive, and I have always had those (old ones, of course; I wouldn't say I like spending money on cars, and I prefer sturdy stuff with little electronics, not the problematic modern ones of today...) I like very comfortable cars, while BMWs are sportier cars for driving enthusiasts.
@@Italiansupercarvideo I enjoy both aspects of driving. I have my 68' Cougar and a 960 Volvo wagon with the 3.1 Litre straight six. It will cruise at 120, and handles almost as good as my 84' Corvette did. Everything is heated and powered. Very little maintenance other than the drive belt.
@@kimwarfield1587 Those Volvos are incredibly reliable and long-lasting 👍 I would love a Volvo 850 T5-R Wagon with a manual transmission, but they have become scarce and expensive here in Europe. Also, finding healthy and unmodified examples is difficult because the ones for sale are boosted and have been driven a lot.
