I'd love to have one of these. Talk about a head Turner. This car is beautiful and very strong. 3100 lbs and 547 hp. Yeah that car will be a beast

Why are people saying that this is overpriced, this car doesnt impress every day people like a lambo or ferrari because its not quite as flashy, this car is recognised by real car people not just footballers, why are people complaining about it being bmw running gear a drivetrain they are renowned for making the most reliable engines in the world and have been making the best RWD cars for 4 decades

@@asadkhan-qm1my aight, I'm about to rip you a new one. Do you know what engineering is? It's mostly about efficiency in many ways, to achieve something. Engines back in the day, where mostly metal, extremely unefficient compared to today's engines. Plastic is used on all engines nowadays as you don't need metal on all components, as that makes the engine heavier, more expensive to build, and very unefficient and unreliable. Most engines today can easily out do more then 100k miles for this same reason, less weight and better efficiency. Also, I bet you anything that you've never even owned a new BMW to have a say in this... so shut up.

Ever since Jeremy Clarkson reviewed an MF3 on Top Gear, I have been smitten with Wiesmann and their product. Methinks an MF4 coupe would do me VERY well, thankuverymuch. I can't AFFORD it ... but it would do me very well! [grin!]

+alianisz Jethro works for evo Magazine. You can find alot of his stuff on that channel. He also used to work with Chris Harris on a project called Drivers Republic. Video quality was lacking though. All in all Jethro is a great bloke and a top notch driver and writer. Im with you all the way that he is a fine presenter.

That explains a lot, thanks. :-) The MF5 reminds me of the original M Coupe turned up to 11 on the original Spinal Tap amp.I love the fact the car just exists. BMW seems to have a sense fo humour, given their willingness to supply Wiesmann and Morgan with powertrains.

The Wiesman is a german interpritation of a Morgan type british sports car. Germany is still one of Morgans biggest markets. 'Gerry loves em'. Those and MG's. Wiesmanns are epic, epic cars, up close they are just wonderful and they have the coolest company logo. 7:31, that blue speedster looks great.

yeah:D, but the best one you can get at the moment, apart from dual clutchs... Its the 8-speed ZF transmission (not 6 speed!!) Audi is also using this transmission in the S and the future RS models.. it is amazing. there are so many testers who initially thought it was a dual clutch, but it isn't!! watch the comparison of M135i vs Audi RS3 by Chris Harris and what he says about it. same 8 speed transmission!

Couldn't agree more. I have friends who invest in ridiculous stereo's and tons of interior bullshit, meanwhile, all I spend money on is my drivetrain. Real, genuine, passionate drivers - we're a rare bunch.

I'm a fan of BMW but in the last 5 plus years they have lost their way except for the E92 M3. Thank God for small companies like Wiesmann and other small manufacturers making rear wheel drive, light weight, beautifully designed, great handling, powerful cars.
