BMW ProRain 3 Rainsuit User Review 

I own one of these BMW rain suits, exact same model. Wore it during a 2 1/2 hour ride (on my 2005 R1200ST) from East Hampton to Manhattan on the 4th of July 2014 through tail end of Hurricane Arthur. Serious rain. Suit kept me perfectly dry and highly visible. 5 stars, two thumbs up, money very well spent.

What is the suit you were under the BMW rain gear ? I like it and would love to know where I can find it .

Hey i bought proirain from 206 catalog, i guess thats the successor of this suit. I came off the bike and it got ripped in the elbow, shoulder and knee. Do you know how to fix it ?

I was a motorcycle courier in Scotland for a few years and although not cheap I can thoroughly recommend Rukka. Stay dry and ride on! :)

Ever think to spray some 3M Scotchgard. Works for the kids playing in the snow all day.

How about the sizing?

Hi Kirk, out of all the rain suits you reviewed, would you recommend this BMW Pro Rain suit?

Great idea to put a drainage hole in that front pocket. Seriously, for the money, the rainsuit should be better designed - taped seams and gully seams, drainage holes etc. If you buy a rainsuit please try my new waterproof test (video New Waterproof Test - Jackets) before you go out on the road - if it fails you can return it unfit for purpose (just keep the tags on). I use this when buying expensive waterproof gear. Happy & safe motoring:)

What is your size and he size of the suit? I can't find their size chart

Wondering if anyone can advise me on how many sizes, if any, to move up to accommodate other layers of clothing? I live in Alaska, so at certain times of the year, I'll have more layers on than most of the rest of you.

Also if you want to really know.... go take a shower with it on and see where the leaks are. That should tell you real fast if it works or fails.... happy showering..
