I have a recently purchased 1979 R100RT, and I just replace the stock suspension with Race Tech gold emulators and springs up front, and Race Tech custom rear shocks in the rear. A wonderful improvement!
Great stuff :) They don't seem to go for as much as an R100 yet there are very few R45s about. The 800cc upgrade kit is well worth the money and makes it usable day to day. Have fun fella :)
