Great vlog Murt. I paid in full for my ‘Techy’ protectors from Nippy’s. Fitting mine was a faff as I loosened off the OEM protection bars. It was the only way I could apply the correct torque. Worth it though as I’ve a second hand GSA and when I bought it one of the engine guards was slightly scratched. The protectors covered this. Oh yes, a shout out to Williams Motorrad Manchester. My ‘low battery’ warning came on whilst heading for the Dublin ferry one morning. Not wanting to risk a weeks UK travel with the stress (not knowing the battery size etc) the Parts Manager, understanding my predicament replaced the battery a few minutes before closing time and only charged for the battery. So I can vouch that the BMW dealerships are not all as you suggest. Keep up the excellent work. Des

Agree with your suggestion to buy batteries locally, I've tried several times to buy these types of batteries online. They are really cheap and tempting, but they are typically either expired old stock or counterfeits and don't last long.

The protection for the crash bars look good,glad you said about getting your brake pads from EBC,etc,never get items like brake pads from eBay (unless there from a reputable shop) Incase of fakes. Good advice and great video.

Agree bud, paid same plus had tyres and stuff fitted too so paid a bit more, but same for 12000 service. plus my dealer changed my key battery for FREE ! Now thats service 😁 great vid bud. agree with everything you said, inc the brake pads !! 👏🤜🤛

Each year the GS looks a little more temping. I've really struggled to get decent service from several of my local Yamaha and Triumph dealers. Just for contrast the 24,000 mile valve service on my MT10 was £850.00 more cylinders I know. I think BMW service and aftercare is probably better than many manufacturers.
