We kept our headed North direction Aomori on our Motorbike Trip, on the way up did we come past the beautiful Lake Towada and eventually end up in Hirosaki City, our stay we had booked the hotel close to Hirosaki Castle

So it’s good that you guys enjoyed the best of Aomori in this touring. As you may know they have a dialect named Tsugaru-ben. Tsugaru is a different/old name of Aomori/Hirosaki area. Ben is a dialect. It is very different from the Japanese that Tokyo people speak and sounds like a foreign language. But I like the sound and the rhythm of Tsugaru-ben.
