I have a 21 GSA and can honestly state that once I shut my eyes, the 24 GSA looks great. Just wish they would have a list of the costs associated with a crash will cost.
True, more you look at it more you like it. After some days I like it very much, especially in red colour. GSA just must be something special and impressive and the new one it is.
The looks of it, especially at the front, first impression is that it looks kinda weird, but that's only because It looks square (ish). That design might make the front very good at collecting a ton of bugs 😏, but it's a BMW and the features sound enticing 👍
In a few years, you are going to see a good number of people riding these. I think it still will be the top selling adventure bike worldwide. Ride safe!
Still have an issue with the headlight. It's not that baaaad per se but companies like Benelli can put on a premium LED headlight and still sell bikes for 5k, so comparatively it looks a bit cheap. They should have stuck with the previous headlight because it's basically become a trade mark, a bit like a bmw car grill is.
I go through the same stages with every new GS model. First impressions - I hate, whoever did this needs to be fired, BMW has lost its way. A couple of weeks later - I guess I can see what they were thinking, It's not so bad. 1 year later - take my money damn it.
BMW is radical. Guggenheim worthy. This is a motorcycle I think will grow on people. This model is really favoring the tarmac slayers. I agree with your perspectives Craig. The boxey Harley Davidson Pan America 1250 wasn’t all that aesthetically popular and now it’s being embraced by many. Just time.
Like any new model (except for the 6th gen Goldwing which was a winner from the start) it takes some getting used to. But, let's get real, you need to start with something. I do like the GS1300 lines and features, not some much with the GSA.
