Thanks! I've tried the 890 and 1290. You can find both videos on my channel. I had no expectations for the smaller bike, but I was blown away. Faster than I was expecting, fantastic sound and very agile. For the bigger brother, I had maybe too many expectations - some people say that it's so much better than the MT-10, but It didn't impress me. It's a great bike, with loads of torque, but you don't get that rush of power as the revs climb. I know, it's in the nature of a V2, but I found out that I prefer the rush of the inline 4. It's very agile, though. I certainly want to test the 990 / 1390, when they become available. Cheers ✌ Edit: it's a shame I can only get these bikes for like half an hour, so I can only go on the road that's in this and my other videos. It doesn't produce the most exciting footage, and if there's traffic, even less so.

@@mt-10addiction Wow thank you for that big comment! I like all of them: 890, 1290, mt-10 as well ofc. Yes Yamaha might be a bit more reliable, it has more torque in higher revs, and the sound is definitely one of a kind! But along with all technichal features and power that 1290 deliver, im impressed by charisma and character of that bike. How it looks, how it sounds, how it deliver torque and power. Unlike soulless BMW sportbikes, 1290 on the other hand (and 890 as well) have tonn of character, soul and charisma. Absolutely beast if a bike!😈 Im going to look your KTM videos then. Thank you! Wish we ride one day together and compare those bikes live😁😄

@@reapton Agreed, I too like them both, the 890 and 1290, and if money weren't an issue, I would get one of them, next to my MT-10 :) Hit me up if you're visiting Romania 😃
