My German is not good enough to understand all of what you are saying but it looks like the problem was insufficient power supply during programming. To update "heavy" modules like CCC you definitely need 100A capable power supply and constant 14V through the operation. Also it should be done only with ICOM + MOST to avoid failures. If you still need help with that and are near Berlin let me know. By the end of the video though you got it sorted in BMW right? Price of the update was 100eur? Also the CCC you bricked is likely to be repaired.
