Had the same problem a few times, First time was the actuator motor wheel, second time was passenger side rear axel and speed sensor due to corroded reluctor ring at the end of the axel. Third time was the passenger side axel and speed sensor due to the same issue with a corroded reluctor ring. Car is running perfectly now.
Just so everyone knows, a faulty abs sensor will give drive train malfunction, parking brake malfunction, proximity sensor faults, and a few others. You can get a new cable on rock auto at competitive prices if you are in Canada. I can’t comment on best prices in other countries but I am a g01 owner and I do all my own work on my bmw.
Check video at 2:44, it is ust behind the wheel mostly a black wire with a connector at the end. but please do watch others specific videos on how to replace abs sensor
