Are you the ultimate decider of what everyone's primary goal of buying an SUV? You do understand that there exist this crazy thing, it's called options. You can get the x4 3.0 and enjoy comfort practicality and usability. If your paying double to get an M car, then performance, capability speed are what your paying for. Who made you the decider for all things for all people?

@AAJAA5 I'm not saying they didn't put effort in it, what I meant is that they are making an M version of most of their SUVs all of a sudden

M Competition to me means they just destroy the ride without any benefit on UK roads at all. Why can we not just get the non comp version with more comfort.

Just out of curiosity what SUV did excite you if this one didn't? Had a macan turbo, test drove a glc63, fpace svr and Levant and compared to those this thing uses excitement. Curious to hear your opinion

He actually said 0-62 in under 4.5 seconds. BMW quotes 4.1 seconds to 62.

If by BMW messed you mean they give a 560hp engine and claim its 500hp(car anddriver 3.3 seconds to 60). As a person who owned both, the turbo does not compare with the x4m when your talking pure excitmenet which is what you buy these cards for. Who buy a bmw x4m and especially a competetion and complains about the ride?? yes you can get a glc63 thats a bit more comfortable but compared to the x4m it straight up handles like a american muscle car. Biggest difference, the macan was awesome but made everthing feel as if its bored. This is the first car after my corvette stingray and 996 turbo that doesnt make me miss having a dedicated sports car. To the people reading this who actualy have money to purcahse these cars are looking for the most performance oriented version, this is it. No car in this segment has the power, the brakes and most important a suspension thats yes rough but communicates everything you need when hustling a car down the road. If yo u didnt purchase a macan yet, this thing will set your hair on fire and make you want to take any trip possible. If you already purchased a Macan, congrats, you got a phenomenal car. Having owned and drive both on a daily, certainly the two finest SUVS when it comes to pure performance.

I mean it goes 0-60 in under 4 seconds in who’s expectations is that not fast enough ?

Also if you wanna ride fast aswell as have a high ride height you’d go for a fast suv also the practicality

King Arthur you could get an X5 V8 and a V10 M5 for the same price as this abomination!

And especially it uses the new in line 6 engine made for the G80 M3 and G82 M4
