A loaded and an empty BNSF coal train meet a BNSF stack train in Waycross, TX, a fictional city on Per Laursen's HO scale UP layout set in south-central Texas.
Why do i always keep coming back to this video! I think it's because I LOVE IT!!! The trains are awesome, love the speed they run at, the layout is amazing! Great source of inspiration for me, especially as i'm about to start my layout. Awesome guys!!!
impeccable - even preternaturally realistic - scenery and detailing. real artistry on display here. looks like photographs of an "idealized" real world - where everything was kept immaculately clean. damn. this beats even the world-famous Miniatur Wunderland in Hamburg Germany. as awesomely detailed as that showcase is - its scenes would never be mistaken for photos of reality.
Fantastic video!!!!! I'm not just saying this, but this could possibly be the best model train video I've seen. The scenery is top notch, and the action was great. I love BNSF, and your layout is just great. Thanks for sharing, and I'd love to see more!
I wish I could afford to have an extensive HO setup. This really brings back memories of my childhood. My hometown used to have 2 rail lines through it, now one is abandoned. And the other is Out-of-service north of the city. Union Pacific took over service.
They are stock as for details, but I rebuilt the ditch lights so they are controlled separately, installed Tsunami2 decoders and speakers, and weathered them lightly.
