This song was actually a trigger for my mental breakdowns. I don’t know why, it just happened. But now I use the “oyasumi” to count down and smile. Now I don’t feel pain while listening to this song :) I’m so happy I found the 1 hour loop because I actually like this song despite what happened when I listened to it.

The violin at the end is such a nice touch. It's the breathing in and out, but it's so rhythmic it's like the person is focusing on their breath- trying to sleep. This whole song is just that- a person trying to sleep. The crazy, all over the place instrumental are the intrusive thoughts one may have when you've been up so long, you're so tired you can't focus. It's a great song.
