You should update your tier 2 strategy to include recommending the Legacy of House Vizla as well as Veng Incar because I have him at 300+ speed and have the offense and potency mods and I'm still getting my ass kicked even with the single zeta on him that you said! Probably because I don't have the frenzy and bonus protection from that second zeta!
