My friend had a copy of C&O/B&O. He and I couldn't make out how to actually play the game.

It and Dispatcher take a bit of a learning curve, but now that I've played both games through and know what I'm doing, they're pretty easy to play now.

Avalon hill games are usually hard to figure out. It is best to find a video on youtube explainning how to play the game.
