Boards & Board Readiness for Technology Leaders 

Here is the recording of a conversation I had with Kevin Gregor, Managing Partner of DHR Global, on the topic of Boards and Directorships. Kevin leads Board and Executive recruitment at CHR Global, and has been a Board Member and/or Board Chair of many household-name organizations in Canada. In this session, we unpacked the different types of Boards, pros and cons of being Board member of each, we spoke about Board candidates and readiness, including potential paths into a career of Board work. We also specifically addressed Board opportunities for Technology leaders and executives, including what are those essential skills and attributes the Boards look for when searching for a Technology-savvy board member to join.
