I am sitting on my balcony listening to this as it rains lightly, the thunder rumbling not far from here. I am slightly drunk and enjoying a cigarette and honestly... this feels correct. This feels honest and true. And for once, I hope the storm intensifies. That seems fitting.

BOC, If you're reading this, I'm 26 years old, I know you since 2013, and you will be with me until death takes me away. You were there on my bad days, you were there my good day, and, even if the world would tear apart, you will always be with me. Not normally a fan of extended mixes, but I'll make an exception for this song. This sounds like the soundtrack to the solar system.

I feel like BoC gave to electronic music some extreme maturity and poetry at the same time. The melodies are subtle, dense and universal, it's just perfect.

wow, this is amazing. i can't think of a better moment in my life. i'm sitting in my room, chilling with my best mate, eating pirulo ice cream, listening to this. every moment of our lives seems to crystalize in this frangent, our paths seems very clear, everything that surrounds seems to shine very bright. i think i never felt so alive.

Olson always makes me think about when your little visiting the beach in winter you can feel the icy breeze on your skin the sun warming you up, you see the board walk all worn down but still painted white and you see a lighthouse on the other side of the beach on a cliff, you hear seagulls overhead and hear the soft sound of the tide coming in and out and the water lapping at the pylons. It just makes me feel so happy

Why is it, that listening to BOC everytime takes me back to my childhood in the early 70s?

This song makes me realize how the good days are over and gives me the overwhelming feeling is misery and sadness but in a way that is peaceful, like burying a loved one and crying but also coming to terms with it being their time to go. It makes me think of suicide as an option not because I hate my life, its because I love my life too much to see something bad happen to ruin it. I Love you Boards Of Canada.
