The dude whose boat got hit seemed to be the even-keeled one here (pun fully intended). He apparently saw the GF was bad news & knew confronting her would only make a bad situation worse. Since he'd already talked to the captain/owner, he then calmly proceeded to assess whatever damage she may have caused. Kudos to him for keeping his cool.

5:15 Never put yourself between the boat and dock like that. A mistake by the captain, miscommunication, or another aggressive action by the witch and you're then pinned. Maybe even leaving the ramp by ambulance.

That's why I like a boat slip no ramp drama.

I was anchored at a sandbar/island one time that was only accessible by boat and had a girl from my boat getting confrontational with another boat for a situation she caused just like this girl is doing, claiming all of us were going to beat their asses; it was nearing sunset, most of the boats had already left and we were about ready to leave too. We kept telling her to get on the boat, then when she wouldn't, I got everyone on my boat, tossed her crap on to the beach, pulled up anchor and left her ass there. I heard through the grapevine that she had to call for the sheriff to come get her off the island because no one would give her ride with her attitude. The sheriff gave her a free night in the drunk tank because she was being a female dog to them too.

I remember a few years back my dad had just launch his boat and had parked the trailer and was walking down the ramp when this idiot comes backing down the ramp doing about 10 hits the brakes, boat comes flying off with no one to control it and nails the back of the brand new (sub 2 hours on it) motor we had just put on. Only damage was to the prop but I was still furious. And just to be clear we were as far up the dock as possible and couldn't move forward as another boat was infront of us. I almost got arrested that day at age 12

We see this all the time . We dock our boat all summer . Sometimes we'll go up to the public launch & anchor across the river . Watching the weekend warriors try and launch or take out is hilarious . %80 are clueless . They get their boat backed in the water crooked taking up 2 launches then decide to load the boat with Coolers , rods , tubes . Then they remember the transom straps and have to pull out . Entertaining .

The 8 minute docking guy on 3 (from last episode) continued that whole time to maneuver his trailer down to load his boat. His learning curve continues. The girl on 2 that wandered off….hopefully kept wandering.

It astounds me how a skipper will allow someone to sit on the bow that close to the dock.

And this is why when the 2nd line is on the dock, I shut down the engine before I walk away from the controls.
