Iska frame quality bekr hai mere pass 1 saal 5 month sai hai iski plastic k frame mai crack aate jaate hai chote chote or fr ye tut jaata hai machine bhut aachi hai vo khrab nhi hoti hai or avaaj mst aati hai but iska plastic frame tutna lg jaata hai jsa jsa ye old hota jaata hai

Kindly raise a ticket as soon as possible, if you can get it replaced from the online retail store (if you purchased online), or else get it done from boat itself.
I am replacing my boat bassheads 220 and they picked up my product like 5 to 6 days before today they will hand over to the company.... so how many days could i expect for my delivery of the replacement unit????
My experience is very bad. Bhai mera boat ka earphone 13th SEP 2019 ko pickup hua 19th SEP 2019 Ko boat ke service centre per receive hua au mujhe unse product successfully received ka msg mila.but aaj 26 SEP 2019 tak mujhe koi bhi update nahi mila hai mere product ke baare me aur customer care Wale call pick nahi karte.

Replacement KE baad kitna din Mai aa jata hai....mere ticket number par waha we out for delivery dikha RHA hai aur Avi Tak aaya nhi jabki 10 din ho gye... headphone ko pahuchne Mai time nhi laga but aane ka Jo status hai wo Avi Mumbai he dikha RHA 10 din see aisa kyu....,?
hello bro mene jab warranty claim kiya boat support par mere boat basshead 900 black ke liye mene jo flipkart se order kiya tha tab mujhe nhi pata tha ki invoice Flipkart mein kahan se milega toh mene apne flipkart ke headphone ki delivery ke saath jo invoice aaya tha ussi ka pic click karke mene claim form fill up karte time de diya toh mujhe ticket number v mil gya and boat customer se baat v kar liya hun unhone kaha ki 3 days baad courier boy aake aapka product le lega toh kya mein iss process ke saath apne headphone ko replace kar sakta hun kya plzz bro reply 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻☹️☹️
