@@petersouthernboy6327 Have a 2012 (ordered new & delivered in fall 2011) Crownline 21 SS (Super Sport) full option V8 377cu Magnum 6.2 liter 320hp. With the optional captain's exhaust package ! You will NEVER, EVER see an 'SS" boat with an outboard config ! The LOOK ! Plus these boats store quite easy inside a regular house indoor garage... Of course, IF I could afford a $ 200,000.00+ 36-40 feet TWIN OUBOARD engines for salt water.... (Total of 640hp+) Then I'd go for the MEAN LOOK, lol ! A cash loan, anyone ? You-hou ??

@@ebwholesaler - I have a 2014 Bryant 233 with a Mercruiser 425 HP 8.2L/Bravo One (custom ordered - engine approved by Ronny Bryant as a repeat customer; not standard). Sport Tower, 4 rib bimini, JL Audio, Garmin 12" screen, Sea Deck flooring, and It's a 78 mph boat. I've got three kids and two dogs who live on the back swim deck. That swim deck is the most popular place on the boat. Which as you know - the outboards take away. My point to you is that big outboards are where the industry as a whole is going. And it's why Evinrude went under. They chose not compete in the horsepower wars. So their share of the outboard market never got better than 11%. Boat manufacturers are going there because outboards free up all kinds of interior space - and they are much easier to install, rig, service, and upgrade. But I will keep the Bryant - they are a Tier One manufacturer with a hand laid hull using Corning s-glass cloth and vinylester resin and composite stringers that will last forever. There is Zero wood in a Bryant. Bryant lets their hulls cure in the mold for four days. There are no chopper guns in the Bryant factory. All of the hardware is US sourced stainless that won't degrade. All of the striping is gelcoat in the mold - no tape. In some ways a Bryant is built better than a Cobalt. All Bryants come with a color matched BoatMate trailer. Correct Craft now owns Bryant and Ronny Bryant still runs the factory. If you go to the Bryant factory in Sweetwater, TN you will see older Bryants getting new factory correct upholstery and carpet and upgrades to the 6.2 Liter - because the hulls last forever.
