How to know if case need charging and how to know case is fully charged while charging and last question why the led light on case blinking blue only sometimes what does it mean?
You just can't i am using another brand but it doesn't affect me that much, what you can do is charge the case when it shows signs of low battery which can be found in the manual
Keep it on charge for 30 minutes it will be 100 percent charged and whenever it asks for low battery just keep it on charge again for 30 minutes after all it has a battery of 600 Mah only
I also ordered these earbuds from Amazon but when I opened the case for the first time, the earbuds did not turn on automatically nor are they turning on manually

Worst service ever, i have claimed warranty 5 times on 6 time they are saying product is damaged and will not consider worst service every. Gonna raise complaint again you. This warranty process wasted my one month .

@boatlifestyle4466 Yeah, I'd be happy to elaborate. I purchased these earbuds from the official Boat website on July 2nd. After using them for two months, starting in September, I began to notice a recurring issue. The case's LED light would automatically turn on, and the earbuds would connect to my phone while they were still inside the case. Additionally, the left earbud would automatically power off and wouldn't charge beyond 20%. Concerned about these problems, I contacted customer service and raised a ticket. They replaced my earbuds, although it's uncertain whether the replacement was new or refurbished. I received the replacement today, but I've noticed the same problem as before - the case's LED light turns on automatically, and the earbuds connect to my phone while inside the case. Furthermore, they don't seem to turn off automatically. What's also noteworthy is that there is no serial number under the earbud's charging case, unlike the previous ones. So, this causing me some doubts that whether this earbud's is authentic or fake one.
