I just claim my warranty 12 days ago ang got replacement but after just 2 days same issue one side stop working what should I do now warranty claim take 12 to 15 days this is so frustrating and i just brought this product one month ago I am really disappointed with boat this time

Not at all useful... I claimed warranty and after almost 20-30 days they said there is no issue in ur device and even after that till now my one bud is not working.... Boat neckband is useless never go for it...
Hi Kenaya, all the neckbands have a QR code tag attached to them as shown below. You can scan this QR code. The packaging of all the neckbands mostly has the serial number located at the back of the box. विषय: ग़लत कारण से गारंटी रिप्लेसमेंट को अस्वीकार करने पर आपत्ति प्रिय ग्राहक सेवा/विभाग, मुझे यह सूचित करने के लिए बहुत दुख हो रहा है कि मेरे द्वारा प्रस्तुत किए गए बोट नेकबैंड boat rockerz 255 pro + black की गारंटी रिप्लेसमेंट को ग़लत कारण से अस्वीकार कर दिया गया है। मैंने उत्पाद के साथ आई समस्या को स्पष्ट रूप से बताया था, और यह गारंटी के तहत कवर होता है। आपने जो वारंटी रिजेक्ट किया है, जो कारण दिया है, वो मुझे नहीं मिला, कल मेरे वापस नेकबैंड आया तो मैंने ओपन करके देखा मुझे ऐसा कुछ बी डिफेक्ट नहीं मिला. इसकी पिक्चर मैं मेल करके अटैच कर रहा हूं। आपने अस्वीकृत test report फॉर्म जो neckband pircure संलग्न किया है कि उसमें ऐसा लग रहा है कि कान ear nose पर कुछ कचरा लग रहा है जो केयर तकनीशियन ने साफ नहीं किया है। अगर आप ज़ूम करके देखेंगे तो ear net अंदर से डैमेज नहीं है। कृपया इस मामले पर पुनर्विचार करें और उचित समाधा न प्रदान करें। अगर कोई अतिरिक्त जानकारी चाहिए, तो कृपया मुझे बताएं। मैं जल्द से जल्द इस मुद्दे को सुलझाने की आशा करता हूँ। धन्यवाद, Sandeep Kumar 8905293486 Product: Boat Rockerz 255 Pro+ Complaint ID: - 49114112 Note: Attached is the mail Purchase Invoice copy, neckband picture, and test Report

Bhai boat is totally fraud because jab maine warranty claim kiya to reject kar diya gya phir customer care se baat karne par product finally replace kar diya gaya but replaced product ka senson hi kharab nikla.. Boat is the worst company ever..
