Great job man, bamboo is a unique choice will look into it. Thanks! Also... Omg can you narrate like all the videos? Your tone, voice, and cadence are all amazing! Keeps a person engaged on the video
looks great we r running a project boat and our ceilings look just like urs before the renovations great idea we may do the same depending on our budget cheers
I'm taking out termite damage in my boat and considering the bamboo .. I don't see the planks in the calibamboo website? Can you send a link? How is the bamboo holding up?
I like this, super different! I imagine it's much lighter than using wood too. How have you found it in terms of durability? I assume because you coated it in polyurethane it is quite protected from damage? Thanks :)
Thanks! It wasn’t that much lighter than wood. I sold the boat back in 2017. I know the new owners, and last I visited it was holding up quite well. People either love it or hate it, which makes me quite certain it was the right thing to do.
@@GilStump Haha!! Thanks for this :) I'm also going for some marmite options like installing a wood stove and a compost heater. Trying to ignore what people might think of it haha! And very cool too that you had an electric inboard, I want to look into these
Very good video! I love how you showed a lot of the process (although in a nice quick manner). We are looking to rip our our old vinyl, add better insulation, and replace the liner with something like wood or bamboo. I'm really liking this idea of bamboo. :D
Thanks for showing this material. You made a great, big job, but the final result - my opinion- is not reflecting the effort you made. I definitely know Im not going to use bamboo..
Great Vid, nice work, however, Panda Infestation is and can be very concerning and shouldn't be taken so lightly. One should always have some bamboo chutes to barter with.
