Cheers Markus thanks🍻, Yes your right , far to long, but we are back in the saddle as they say, and we are on with episode 31 this week. Thanks for staying with us dear boy 👍🙏
Great to see you back Phil! Coupled of points, I notice the side screens are on the outside edges of the screen but on my 27 they are on the inside edges and as such offer more support by preventing the screen from being pulled back by the canopy tension. Secondly when measuring out Araldite I found it easier to squeeze the glue and the catalyst out like two separate sausages. You can then be sure you have equal quantities and also repeat the quantities for the next job. Looking forward to the next video. Dave
Dave, that’s interesting, you say the inside for the side screens, I’ll have a look at that dear boy, thank you, and I’ll also change the sizing up of the glues too. Thanks for sticking with us, episode 31 is currently being done 👍🙏
Arh thanks Mark 🍻, I’m so happy to be back on the boat, it feels great, and john and I are thankful for all the subscribers who have stayed with us too, it’s very humbling I can tell you, we start a new episode on Wednesday, so hopefully they will be regular again 🤞
Realy nice to see you guys back I did reach out to you some time back to check all was OK with yourselves thanks for the reply to be honest with you mate the primitive work is what a load of use do who have boats on a yard we all don't have the right tools for the job lol but I do like to see it done that way makes it real 👍
Cheers Richard 🍻, primitive is a great word for us 😂, if I missed your comment last time , I apologise dear boy , great to see you’ve hung on in the possibilities we might do some more work on her 👍. I’m 90% fit now, I might have a touch of long Covid, but it’ll not stop me getting on with the boat now, I’ve also realised that if I purchased every tool for the jobs I’ll be plotless lol . P.s. I’ll be glad to get this windshield boxed off, I’m sick of them matey !!
Glad to see you Phil and John I only found you week or so earlier so been catching up with you glad you are well now Phil I enjoy your vlogs here in Thailand good luck
Hi Peter, we’re currently working on the episode,s , we’ve decided to get some done, so we’ve a buffer, I’ve put aside everything for 2024 in which I will complete the boat, health is nearly back to normal and John and I are chopping on the bit to get back on the boat … Thanks for hanging on Peter 😎🍻
Hi Mark, no ….., lot’s of things have got in the way of continuing the restoration, plus John’s busy too. I’ve 4 classic car’s that required my attention, 3 are fixed and the oldest , a 1935 Morris 8 is nearly done. They all were put away while I did the boat, and really needed putting back on the road as one of them will have to go I think. Boat windshield apart from paint is done, part of the episode is done then John got lots of work on and that’s were we are at . We will be back, not sure when for now…..
@@markbridge4049 cheers mark, they’re not not so much as project’s, but because I’ve been had Covid, and been in ICU, I’ve had the inevitable complications, all of which has stop me from doing normal everyday maintenance on all four cars, plus the main project the boat 🤷♂️, I’ve been over to John’s this evening and discussed when we can get back to working and filming over his belting chicken roast so were hopeful we can make time to plough on and get some work done on her, as we do want to eventually get her on the water so we can continue the channel on travelling around the uk in her so fingers crossed 🤞 Thanks for your patience dear boy 🍻
