Shirish is what Bollywood is. Stealing ideas from all sorts of sources and not acknowledging it. IPR is grossly violated in Bollywood and in India in general. No one take it seriously. From music directors to directors to anyone creative. Least Shirish could have done was contact the film maker and asked him permission to remake it. Wouldn't make him smaller in fact he would have got more respect. This is the internet age no one can get away copying. Let this be a lesson to all. Anyway good got Jazz Productions now more and more will watch your films and get to know about you. Keep up the good work. Terrific job!

I've commented on almost every Kriti video's comments on youtube stating that its copied from you guys. It hurts when someone copies out hardwork without giving us the credit. I've also reported the video. Hope others do it too.

guys, its true that kriti has been copied and that its not right.But before blaming entire Bollywood, remember there are about 1000 films made in India every year. 1000! And it makes more money than any other industry but having said that,people like shirish kunder do all this because of their lack of talent to survive in such a big Industry. Its great to see every Indian supporting Aneel and giving him the credit. Great work man. Wish you had actors like Manoj bajpayee and Radhika apte at your disposal.. you would've created a gem. And how can he even accept all the praise from bollywood for his creativity when his "some short movie" is a complete piece of plagiarism? Yesterday I watched 'Kriti'. And thought that it was really good. Today morning I read a news about 'Kriti' being a rip off of 'BOB'. And later got to know that 'Kriti' is Shirish Kunder's short film. Like, I couldn't believe it. How could he have made 'Kriti' after his 'Joker'. Because 'Kriti' can be concluded in many ways. It's good. After watching 'BOB'. Yes, it does seems that the plot of 'Kriti' might have been stolen from 'BOB'. The one thing common in both of these are 'Schizophrenia'. Well, both are good. But, 'BOB' is better than 'Kriti'. I feel that, in a commercial way, 'Kriti' is good & in a realistic way, 'BOB' is far better than good. Just my opinion...

this movie is original and better than copied one. it leaves upon audience to think for sometimes while that copied version explains everything in the end ( like iska MATLAB samje daya )

Bravo guys this is a beautifully made movie. There is a lot of finer details that even people with huge funds couldnt copy.

i am a nepali but i have watched a nepali video for the fisrts time. and i feel like wao what a master piece.But the person who directed kriti has stollen the concept from this video. i condemn this

You guys must sue shrish kunder for the copy right. Some notes on your film, the inspiration from memento is nice, but I think it confused people. But good effort.

I watched it 3 times. The psychiatrist, the patient, the girl all are real. After the visit with the psychiatrist, they go to home together as seen at 3:03 ( see its the same outfit of the girl, she turns the light on, but he thinks she doesn't exist under the influence of BOB who wants him to get rid of the girl). Actually BOB wants the guy to believe that the girl is imaginary, therefore BOB says- they left the lights on before leaving to the psychiatrist. Then he kills the girl. Its just various scenes occurred at different timelines shown not in chronological order. He has an imaginary friend called BOB, and together they believe that they have won after the murder of the girl. The psychiatrist suggests him to kill BOB, instead BOB wins over him to kill the girl-Together they think they have won, unlike the real victory would be the death of BOB. I watched the hindi KRITI too. The schizophrenia, psychiatrist, imaginary girl can or can't be merely coincidences. There are lots of difference too.

I love BOB. Superb film. Aneel, I am you fan from India. If you and your team can make BOB @ 24, Oscars @ 42 is for sure. A genuine efforts reflecting via your innocent art made from heart. Keep up the cadence. God bless you and your team.

This is awesome "Bob", cannot be predicted! I watched 'kriti' also, maybe they have copied from this but it was predictable.

As an Indian, I liked this one much more than Kriti. With Kriti I didnt know the story but suspense was lame and I guessed the ending 5 mins since the start. With Bob, I knew everything and still the narrative kept me holding for the entire time. People like Shirish Kunder should face the music for their shameless copying

First it was Papon & Neha Rajpal who stole Asar from Bipul Chettri. Now this. Bollywood should throw thief like this to a train track and give chance to the youth with new ideas.

I came to know about the copyright issue through the facebook post of Direction Kathmandu . Frankly speaking I watched Kriti first and then watched Bob. I must say that I enjoyed Bob rather than Kriti. The most interesting part of watching Bob is to understand Bob I had to watch carefully and to figure out the story to have a clear picture at the end. Regarding Kriti, its good for our Nepalese creator to be copied. Kriti was just some bollywood touch type.
