There was an element of prior association, friends....maybe. In his introduction, he ran with this guess who "I" got, and, Bob was not to pleased. "Come on....don't do me like that" says Dylan. Nice to hear Dylan with his guard somewhat down. 🎸

If those phone calls are legit ... and not just a bunch of joke pranks, then this might explain why that era evaporated around the end of the 1960’s ... people (ie: like the ones phoning in to the radio station) had lost too many brain cells from too much bad acid. ;-)
