Dylan performed "Tell Me, Momma" exclusively during his 1966 World Tour with The Band. It was used to introduce the 2nd half of the concert, when he switched from acoustic solo to an electric band performance. The song was not recorded on a studio album, nor was it ever performed again by Dylan in concert.
