Album "Slow Train Coming" is a masterpiece!

Dylan caught a lot of flak for this record. People could not understand why he would release an overtly spiritual based statement at this point in his life. Really? It’s all about spirituality, everything in life. if you ain’t got it, you’re in trouble, folks. Love is the answer. And Bob has known that for a long, long time. This is one of his very best albums, and Mark Knopfler’s touch is the icing on this cake.

It bought me to tears at the time when most of my freinds began to distance themselves from me ,I also had began to follow our savior who the world doesent want . 37 years later i still feel confident i made the right decision.

I bought the album as a teenager. It is obviously an amazing album from start to finish, and Precious Angel is a masterpiece.

Bob deserved the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2016. If you haven't heard his acceptance speech, I can highly recommend it. He has seen me through the peaks and valleys of my life. I am grateful for every moment I can hear his constantly evolving oeuvre. Cheers!

What a gift to the world this whole album is. I so love that this record exists. This is probably the best track.

Saw Dylan years ago when this album came out. He played every song and about 5 other spiritual tracts from a stool and acoustic. People were yelling for him to play all his hits. He didn't play a single song from 60's or 70's 19 songs later.....all spiritual.... he simply walked off stage

I've been a huge Bob Dylan fan since I was 10 years old. I've heard every song and since September 17th, 1987 I've been to every concert in Berlin. Unforgettable the concert on the Treptower Festwiese. I have a secretly pressed Vernyl record of it. There are only 300 of them. The Song "Precious Angel" one of my absolute favorite songs. But anway, i liked teese songs. at this tme i was hard addiccted in heroin, kokain.....since seven yers an the dead knockked very loud on my door. then Jesus came and saved me in one day from all this drugs without cold turkey., by a big miracle . I knelt before him and i knew instantly HE IS THE SON OF GOD! I confessed m sins and he forgiave me:. today i am70 ears, the wild an dangerous time with drugs andpolice an jail and my escape to asia was over.. Icame back to europe, where i served the Lord Jesus in a drug Rehab. Ihave 4 Childrens, i am married since 37 years. now i am retired, but when i hear this song i rememeber the time in Goa, Tthe Lord may bless you! He is waitig for all of you!
