While you have larger goals, every project must be seen for its detailing. Never crush the inspiration of the employees, encourage them to experiment their ideas, let them fail because they will learn from their mistakes and cultivate an habit of experimentation. Never accept any thing less than great. There is big gap between good and great. Have an deeper understanding of your product and people. Encourage your employees to undertake higher education. Very interesting to note that Disney pays 100% upfront the educational fees and they do not put any conditions on employees to work for specific period post their completing higher education, the ideas is that employee will grow in his life and may be prospective customer for their products in future. I am positive Black panther gave their balls lot of wrinkles before time and same name other film produced by them did the same both wrinkle in time and black panther are niche market, if blacks are not making such films it means they know that this will not work on wider audience, means normal mixed audience anyway all the best to them for their black phase entire USA was drowning under it since last 11 years. and isn't it Steve jobs or his wife only has share in entertainment branch not their Disney theme parks?

@@KyleDavisMusic I’m not saying apple needs disney or vice verse, but disney would reach more people through apple devices and apple would gain a lot in their entertainment segment (apple tv+) by associating itself with disney intelectual properties and parks and tv. But I wouldn’t like that deal either I think disney should remain an independent company
