Oh yes...wore this album out back in the mid 70s. I was 16 years old so there was sooo much music to listen to back then and I listened to all of it. But I remember my mother being very pleased with this choice out of my record collection😂😂😂 And I remember years later driving down Riverside Drive NYC 2 a.m. listening to this feeling a lot like the Westchester Lady myself...LOL!

When I was playing keys full time,Mr. James was one of my top 3 to listen to(as a player and a composer)... I switched to bass a little later, and recently was blessed to actually play with this living legend right before the pandemic hit! He was 80 at the time, and played with so much fire and energy that night! I'll treasure that day/gig forever!!!! What an incredible contribution to the world of music!

Bob James, of course, is big time tennis.... I know his music since the mid seventies, have many CD's from him as well as from Fourplay and have seen him live several times with Fourplay, but also as a trio at North Sea Jazz... Musicians like him should live forever... Nice that he is still active👍👍👍👍 all the musicians he ever worked with and also here in this trio are of course an equal pleasure, absolutely clear....

I listened to it nostalgically. Even now, it doesn't feel old-fashioned at all, and it's a great song that can be considered a recent composition. Bob James seem to be doing well, which is great.

Great version of one of my favorite Bob James songs. Westchester Lady, NIghtcrawler, Nautilus, Feel Like Making Love, Restless, Raise the Roof, We're All Alone, Touchdown, and on and on. I've been listening to your music for decades and I am never disappointed. You were here recently at the Rochester Jazz Fest in NY but I couldn't go to see you and I was bumming about it. My 18 year old son has been turned on to your music from hearing me play your songs in the car (Touchdown is his favorite jam). I'm really digging the trio and I think I speak for so many others when I say that your contribution to jazz (and music as a whole) will not be overlooked and should always be appreciated.
