Thanks so much to all my patrons for making these lessons possible! Your printable tab and chord sheet is ready at: www.patreon.com/posts/40266289. Enjoy your progress!
Rob, it's very rare to find someone who can play, sing and teach as well as you do. I'm a solo artist myself and so I can identify with you. Believe me when I say, you are doing a terrific job! I'm truly fascinated by your guitar playing, especially after I watched you perform the Beatles' all time greatest classic "While my guitar gently weeps ", particularly the solo you played on the electric guitar...simply amazing! Keep it up brother!!!
I have much respect and admiration for Guitarists who play all styles of music. And that’s you, thanks again Rob for an invaluable lesson. I’m still trying to master the Jazz lesson from last time. This song i know, however it’s good to reintroduce myself to it. I don’t know if you did a tutorial of TheEagles, Love will keep us alive, but if not, by request, can you do a tutorial of that tune? There other Guitarist out there with vids, but there short and incomplete tutorials. Like to see you tackle it, because i know you can. CHEERS!
Quick links: 00:37 Full demonstration of the song 04:20 Intro 11:20 Chorus 12:19 Verse 12:58 Bridge I now see that you have included these chapters appearing next to the video. That makes it easier to navigate. The complete video is well done with a great sound and nice vocals. BUT: I don't consider this video as an easy beginners song: F barre chord in combination with a changing strumming pattern and fast chord switches.
Thank you so much for great lesson as I've just started having guitar lesson after 40 odd years of not having any although been playing at home & just retired so focusing on my musical skills a bit more. My tutor gave me this song to learn the same way it's great to be able to play along with you. Thank you from Alison.😊😊
I always loved this song as as long as I remember and the history behind it. Bob gave the rights to this song to Vincent Ford who run a soup Kitchen. Marley ate there as a young man. I am so so happy to learn how to play the son. Thank you!!!
I might perform this song at our Christmas party tomorrow of a predominantly Jamaican crowd. Your Guild has such a rich and full sound and your vocals are stupendous. Thanks for the lesson!
Ya Man. I love your arrangement that turns it into a poignant ballad. The chords are similar to Let It Be, but it is incredible how you can do some much with the same chords.
Mr Swift thx for another great lesson! I looked at the likes and dislikes, it comes out to . 014 % ouch the dislikes we will say oh dislikes no cry. There’s always hope. 😎
I have been following your videos for a long time and you teaching style with the play along is fantastic. I bet you get song suggestions everyday but I was hoping that maybe you would consider Loggins and Messina Danny's Song or Dan Fogelberg Leader of the Band. Thank you and really enjoy your videos 🎸
To my ears Let It Be, but very pretty song regardless of chord progression nicely performed by Rob. As of this post Tab is not yet up, but tune is fairly straightforward and learnable just from video lesson.
