This is my first time watching Bob Ross. How am I alive? I feel so warm almost to the point of my eyes watering. When’s the last time you were told by someone “It’s Ok”. His approach of trying to convince you that you perfect the way you are is satisfying to the soul. “Don’t mix blue or your clouds will be green.........unless you want green clouds, it’s absolutely fine” OR “if you don’t have mountains, you can of course leave them right out” OR “I don’t want to ever tell you there is one set rule to do anything, if it works for you then that’s the rule” God bring these people back, there are many many more you can take instead.

I actually just did this painting today, my first time doing an oil paint and it turned out better than I thought it would. For anyone who’s thinking about painting just go for it, you really will surprise yourself and Bob is an excellent teacher. May he Rest In Peace ❤️

I have been wanting to learn to paint for a long time. The first time I watched Bob, I immediately thought of painting. The thing is that I don’t really have the time to learn. I would want to take a class somewhere to learn how to paint great pictures.

I would watch Bob when I was a teenager because his calming voice and positive outlook gave me peace inside my crazy home. He was such a special person and I miss him.
