Just bought my first bike and its a bobber.. why do people hate on bobbers soo much? Mines a honda shadow 600

idle needs to be brought to speed as well

I've gotten more compliments on how my VLX sounds than my VTX1800. VLX has a much more classic sound, but the VTX is just a beast.

the pops means it's not calibrated it's actually not good

Kris Harris it is a blast to ride.! That exhaust is hilarious. It pops all the time. Had Some PC problems, but my new computer just came in so I'll be editing some fat bob videos this weekend. Stay tuned.!

Leo Lopez I have a 07 shadow 750dc it's more than capable for long trips the 600 not so much it's only a four gear trans

I've been on a long trip with my 1989 vt600 shadow this week end, on the way i went by the road and for the return i've used the freeway (she's been perfect on normal road, on the return trip it's been perfect too, i just cruised at 140km/h for 3 h ) but it just confirmed what i always felt : freeway are boring as hell , the 7h trip was far better for comfort and riding pleasure on scenic road than the 3H of freeway. And yes as it is a 4 gear transmission the 600 is reving quite high on those speed (but you can change the sprocket for that if you really wish to ride for hours on a boring 3 lane straight)

Thnx, het geluid is echt te gek. Het geen race monster. Ik heb er zelf tussen de 100 en 130 mee gereden. Los van de kou heel goed te doen, alleen is dit geen geschikte fiets voor lange mensen. Ik ben zelf net geen 1.80..., dat was al op het randje. Maatje van 2meter zat toch redelijk opgevouwen. De eigenaresse heeft zelf ook een stuk gereden en die heeft de 160 wel gehaald, maar dat zag er niet heel comfortabel uit. Groeten.

Ik gok van niet, belasting is voor elke motor hetzelfde, verzekering, ligt aan leeftijd/schadevrije jaren --> zelf checken. Onderhoud, geen idee, maar het is maar 600cc en een motorfiets. Denk dat een gemiddelde kleine auto duurder is aan onderhoud. Alleen eventueel chroom is kut, dat moet je goed bijhouden, anders rot het zo weg (ervaring, had een Intruder 1400) Als je hem in een vochtvrije schuur kan zetten (verwarming erbij zou het mooiste zijn) dan is chroom geen probleem denk ik.

@@MarshallMathersthe7th heb er van de zomer 1 gekocht! Heerlijk ding zeg maar moet hem helaas buiten stallen, heb wel de beste motorhoes die er is gekocht en regelmatig poetsen. En kwa kosten heb je helemaal gelijk, dankje voor de reactie nog!

@blob darkass Its not the hurry its speed limit when you have 65 and all motherf... going min 75- 80 and some even more you cant ride 60 for your own safety and imagine all going 80 and you have to accelerate quick to avoid something do you still have power to do that or not really? For hwy with 45 or 55mph speed limit I’m sure its great bike but can i drive safe with others at 80mph and have enough power to do 90 quick if needed? thats what i need to know.

Larry Peterson well, I own a fat Bob myself. Since it is my channel, I always put the bike I own/ride at the time at the end of the title. Been doing that for almost 5year now and never had any comments/complaints about it. Sorry you got disappointed mate. New fat bob videos are coming up. Have a good one.
