This show is aired four nights a week in the UK. Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Friday and it's recorded 3 months in advance from when the episodes are aired. This episode was aired on May 23rd, 2016. Stacy has only been married twice on the show. Her first marriage was with a man called Bradley in 2007 and her second marriage was with Martin in 2016. If the other guy you're seeing her with has ginger hair then that's Bradley from her first marriage which was 11 years ago now. It seems you're watching older episodes with a mixture of the more recent in the last couple of years so I can't really say much about them or it will spoil the episodes for you in regards to the element of surprise. Bradley left in 2010 and Martin was in the show back in 2005 but came back in 2014. Stacy was only 16 when she first came on the show on November 1st, 2004, so she was 19 - 20 when she married Bradley. In this episode, she was 28 when she married Martin which would explain the difference in age appearance. Hope this helps.
