I didn’t know about this man until recently. And again I don’t condone criminal behaviors and murder, I’d be a dead liar if I didn’t admit to being completely fascinated by the stories. The times were so different and in a lot of cases you can understand how people fall into these life styles. But men like him who actually had a business that fed families, protected people and so forth, you can see that their crimes involved people in that lifestyle. They didn’t attack normal good people for the most part. I am intrigued by their thought process, their character, and integrity. Mr. Cummine’s posses that accent and story telling ability that overcomes you and pulls you in, drawing on each word that comes out his mouth. Great interview of a truly amazing story. Shoutout to VLAD TV for bringing another phenomenal story to the world!
I have alot in common with this man..I come from an irish family irish upbringing my father was an irish immigrant my mother an Italian irish from NY 8 children 4 boys 4 girls grew up with the gloves on 🥊at an early age just for fightings sake my father was also a bare knuckle boxer he couldn't read or write God rest him so he became very familiar using his fists and head at an early age he was hard nosed but had a soft heart
Same , my moms Irish mostly tho…my Grandpa Came here on a boat from Ireland as a immigrant, also a bare knuckle boxer … such a dope ass cool culture of the under ground bare knuckle boxing tradition!
If your father was an Irish immigrant he most definitely could read and write. The Irish education system is second too none and doesn't produce nonfunctional student's. So I call bullshit mickey mouse
I usually can't stand anything about English gangsters. Especially anything to do with the Kray twins who get way too much attention for what they actually were. But I like this guy. Interesting interview.
Just found him on Ladbible, And wouldnt u know it first youtube search of him VLADs got him on deck 3 short weeks ago. i didnt even see the interview drop in parts, i dont know how i missed it! Maybe it only dropped in full?
As mad as it seems. It's not hard to like the guy. He says it how it is. No bullshit. Take it or leave it attitude. And also talks a lot of sense about the youth of today and how easy it is to get caught up in the wrong way of life. His analogy of how the prison system fails and how it could be used to change offenders also stands a lot of ground. So too does his opinion of politicians being equally as bad as those that they lock up. Great watch.
Great interview of Mr Cummins, no offence meant, but it’s a shame that he wasn’t interviewed by someone who took the time to do some research on him….!
@@dustydog4527 now you listen to me mate! Oim a scouser! A bloody hard man! A scouse scouser bloody bruiser! Oi once got loads o gypos from the harkleys and oi battered em! Bollocks to betsy mate im a rover! A bloody bad bloke!
His book is called I'm not a gangster haha Bobby will argue black and blue he weren't a gangster bless him top geezer though real gentleman does great stuff for criminals ex criminals lads in prison etc top fella the true geordie podcast with Bobby was brilliant to watch aswell should watch it if haven't already bro
I wish I could understan the British street talk better. I loved watching Peak Blinders, but as an American sometimes they might as well be speaking Chinese because I can't understand them, lol.
Vlad I know you can't do everything but you're voice is needed we've gotten used to it. We want to hear YOU interview these people. You're the Charles Osgood of Vlad tv. The only other interviewer you have that holds it down is the brother I don't even know his name but I know he's worthy of being an interviewer not just a question asker..
The interviewer is annoying as F, every time Bobby starts talking he says let me just go back a little bit, like bloody hell mate how many times do you wanna rewind its not a hard story to follow 🤣
See?! He asks old white gangsters these same type questions! Why? Because he's a journalist and thats what they do. He brings people on his, show cause he wants to hear their whole story because their life is interesting.
Not knocking this guy but I think he could have managed Bobby a bit better n got a bit more out of him, didn’t seem to have the same atmosphere as the True Geordie interview but then again he’s had a bit more practice. Im sure this guy’ll get there he just needs to be more a part of the interview n not just laugh so much. Not sure sure if that’s explains it but anyway all the best 👍
It's funny how most of these old gangsters talk about the past like they were helping old people and kids and straight people, but it was normal business people who got leened on to pay, there wasn't much of a code them days just like today's, people left there doors open because no one had any thing to nick
@@oushhhhhhh9253 basically when he killed people he imagined them as vermin, rats ect think the lad was pointing out the Madness haha I truly love this fella though
We could say the same about you yanks 👊 especially in some of your hillbilly city's it's called an accent you nob and also you have the time element. They also spoke very different in the 70s added with some of the British London slang he used especially in certain parts of London and it's hard to understand what he's saying. Old slang & east end. it can become harder to understand. not probably for me. But someone from across the world 🌎 isn't going to understand it necessarily watch the sweeney with John Thow and you might understand my meaning.
