@@AlphaGametauri it depends on what you after as a fan. As far as must actual match to match content, I feel the wwe product is the best right now that it's ever been. But as far as engaging storylines and characters there's a lot of work to do
Here because i missed Roode's glorious entrance. But here's the thing, a guy like Bobby Roode has an amazing career even before going to WWE, got to be a part of WWE programming that's watched by millions of people all around the world, and even became champion in NXT and in the main roster. For Roode, getting a WrestleMania appearance is probably one of if not the biggest highlight if his career. He's probably happier with how things turned out than people like you are, and it's just sad that people are so invested in a "fake" sport that they lose sight of what's really important, which is pro wrestlers, the individuals, not the characters they portray, feeling happy and fullfiled when it comes to their careers. And when it comes to opportunities to be a top guy, look at how many people WWE have on the roster every year, if they gave every IWC darling a chance to be the top guy in the company, they'd have 34 champions a year and people would be complaining anyways because too many Champions devalue a belt that already has little to no value in the realm of combat sports anyway because wrestlers don't actually defeat each other for it. Nobody hates wrestling more than "smart" wrestling fans
when bobby was in TNA back in 2005 or so he came to do a show for my friends promotion in quebec and only 20 people showed up. after he wrestled he came out to do some autographs and nobody came over. he said "waste of my f'n time". I was the only one sitting at the tables with him and I told him these French people don't know anything. he got up and left. when I saw this entrance with my friends it was surreal
They truly let Roode down in this, cutting off his entrance for Rusev, only allowing him to just do his normal entrance instead of getting the choir again or the pianist. Ugh we all waited so long to see Roode at Wrestlemania with this gimmick and THIS is how they treated him and the fans smfh
Absolutely true. While we're on the subject, they kinda let Finn Balor and Asuka down too entrance-wise. Because I was looking forward to seeing the demon king and some kind of extravagant entrance for "The Empress" to match Charlotte's "Queen" entrance.
There's only so much time that can be given to entrances. We had the special entrance from Shinsuke, Triple H & Stephanie, Charlotte, Alexa and The Bar. We had a full length Undertaker Entrance too. It's okay to wish for a special entrance, but you have to be realistic. Bobby wasn't important enough for one, no matter how good he is.
@@Andyf1069 yes he was, BECAUSE Triple H is nowhere near important enough for that anymore, neither is Stephanie. Wrestlers are literally given entrances due to how over with thr fans and good they are. Bobby Roode was white fucking hot when he was in NXT and debuted on Smackdown, I havent heard a pop like that in years and he was white hot in Clash of Champions 2017. His whole gimmick is that of a grandiose wrestler, the likes of Ric Flair, The Narcissist Lex Luger, Buddy Rodgers, Randy Savage, etc. Everyone was clamoring for him to have an incredible wrestling entrance at Wrestlemania, especially due to his Takeover entrances. This was a slap in the face to both the fans and Roode and helped kill his momentum
@@2Good2BeTrue45 if you're trying to suggest that Triple H isn't important on a show in which he was paired against the returning Kurt Angle and the debuting Ronda Rousey (or in general) then I don't know what to tell you 🤷♂️ If you're trying to suggest that Bobby Roode fell down the ladder because he didn't get a special Wrestlemania entrance rather then I don't know what to tell you 🤷♂️
