Bobcat 530 Tilt Cylinder Repair 

Thanks and good eye on the coffee cup I used to warm up the seal. That was the first time I've done a hydraulic cylinder and it was a lot easier than I expected.

You're welcome. One of my lift cylinders started leaking this week, so I have seal kits on order for both of them now. Hope your repairs go well.

Thanks for your time and effort to share this. I think maybe with an impact and socket for the nut, I'll give it a go.

I"m glad you enjoyed the video. According to my service manual, my machine doesn't require any sort of bleeding. I changed my hydraulic fluid last summer and can confirm the system self bleeds. If that nut came loose your bucket would probably not curl up anymore and there's a pretty good chance the end of that ram would probably get damaged if you try to operate the tilt cylinder.
