Brother Mr.Hom. I know how easy it is to get certified as a fitness trainer.. It's like giving (NIOS) Open exam in Ukhrul.. So please don't give incomplete information to the people.. about fitness, Nutritions etc.... The Tangkhul peoples genetics are very good, they don't need that unnecessary stuff, they can easily win the competition... There are lots of tangkhuls who won the competition 100% naturally... So please motivate upcoming youths... You don't know how hard they work, maintain their diet.. i have seen them so i request you again please motivate upcoming youths...God bless you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hahaha very funny you think that becoming a fitness trainer is very easy if it was easy than many people will become a fitness trainer if you are a fitness trainer than you need to have to learn many things because even me i have experience so please dont mind and no hard feelings

Fitness trainer courses like ACE,NASM,ACSM are not easy They do their exams professionally The fitness trainer courses you do in Ukhrul are recognized only by few local gyms I'd say even if they claim they're recognized by many countries

Dear Bro.Homreishang with lots of respect in the field of Fitness and I being one of the certified trainers in this field. ......I see your way of inspiration has no destination but with full of negativity in body/Fitness. I have some title in State and university medals under recognised federation and I have achieved it without any steroids. So my advice to you is 1.Elaborate when you talk about Steroids (PEDS) or any SARMS 2.Your idea on PCT must be analysed well.....when you speak about drawback of any food supplements than you must also give rectification 3.I being one of The Brand AMBASSADOR of reputed food supplements sees many drawback on your talk on Multivitamins 4.What is natural food according to you ....we can make many natural food supplements from the organic foods..... Please learn more because you knowledge of talk is not fruitful. The video was shared by my friend and thinking that it will be productive for our community but you are making in the wrong direction...........Speak on the topics when you are well acquainted. I have never come across you in nay competition under recognised federation....As we are from the same community, I am advising you to learn more....no hard feelings

Dear Bro Horngamshang,your sharing of thought is quite shallow.Little knowledge is very dangerous as I am one of the medallists both in State, University and National Level (Under recognised Federation)beside a certified trainer from International Personal Trainers and Fitness Academy..... 1.Steroids are Performance enhancing drugs having both oil based and Water based.....The use of Steroids takes place in most of the sports . 2.Every sports player or normal person needs a proper balanced diet either in Calorie surplus or calorie deficit 3.Our body does not give Multi vitamin,we get from the food that we eat 4.Injecting HGH does not give strength ...take an example to Messi...he took HGH for the growth as he suffer from Dwarfisim 5.Obese people have Gynaecomastia (Male boobs) but they don't take HGH....... Pls share with proper knowledge.Many parents may take wrong concept.....Topic of discussion is good but the knowledge he shared is not upto the standard of his certified....please correct me if I am wrong

The discussion. is not up to the par.I am embarrassed with the knowledge he shared.Since you are certified from a reputed institution or Academy My question to you are 1. As a coach/trainer, how many athletes have you made up to any level either in Bodybuilding championship or transformation 2. Nutrition is indeed important for every one depending on their body types and types of activity that a men perform 3. Steriods are being dealt by NADA(National Anti Doping Agency) or WADA(World Anti Doping Agency) prior to any championship or competition at random but why do you say that Most Body builder use Steroids 4. Whey Protein is also natural diet because it is milk byproduct.....Every players differ protein intake depending on their weight.For example my body need 90gm of protein and I took 4scoops of whey protein to meet my requirements but if you told me to get from eggs or Chicken then how much eggs and gram of chicken should I eat everyday which may lead to digestion. So Being a proud Tangkhul and a certified Trainers I request you to give productive talk on bodybuilding.......I hope your ideas may bring wrong concepts to the public in general...... You need more to learn in the subject matter.........we are lucky that the talk was on Tangkhul, if it happen to be in English or Hindi I believe there will be many people to rectify you....... The Talk on Bodybuilding is good but not productive.......please call somebody who can speak about Nutrition, Water Intake, Exercise on fitness and bodybuilding, As a career and so on..
